Dr. John-Paul WhitmireAs a young athlete who participated in many different sports, Dr. John-Paul Whitmire soon became well acquainted with the field of sports medicine and the role that Chiropractors can play in helping people get healthy and stay healthy. Dr. Whitmire graduated from Camas High School in 1987, completed his undergraduate studies in Washington and then earned his Doctorate in Chiropractic in 1994 from the University of Western States located in Portland, Oregon. He is proud of his family’s history of serving Salem communities.
Dr. Whitmire is committed to providing the highest level of care to his community. He feels he can provide his patients with the most advanced forms of treatment by staying up to date with the latest research on health, wellness, and the functions of the body. His goal is to provide each patient with the best health care possible.
Dr. Whitmire lives in Salem, Oregon with his wife, three children, and their immediate families. He was an Eagle Scout, Jr. Assistant Scoutmaster, honor roll student athlete, and lettered for multiple sports teams. He enjoys camping, fishing, canoeing, and all types of sports. He prefers to be playing or coaching but also enjoys watching. When he is not in the office you can usually find him shooting hoops, coaching a team, hanging with his family or donating his time in the community.
They are truly amazing. I’m doing pt, message and chiro and they all have been so amazing and understanding. They understand some days I feel better than others and they work with me.
