Good balance plays into a lot of our personal safety as we get older. Balance is extremely important for athletes but it’s also important for everyday people.
If you have good balance, typically your muscle memory is good for the everyday functions. You also need to know that if you don’t have good balance or if your balance is weak, your muscle tone is obviously weak as well.
Balance is a good key indicator for overall health. If you have good balance, most of the time your muscle tone is good and your muscle memory is good. It also will indicate a better level of activity than someone who does not have balance.
